The Supporting Examination Committee in the Department of Medical Physics, College of Science – Al-Mustaqbal University, has commenced the process of archiving and organizing examination booklets, exam questions, and Bubble Sheet files for the 2024–2025 academic year. This effort is part of the department’s plan to streamline examination procedures and document all data according to the highest standards of accuracy and academic quality.
This initiative comes as part of early preparations for the new academic year 2025–2026. The committee is working on preparing examination halls and necessary materials, as well as ensuring the readiness of both electronic and physical archives to facilitate easy data retrieval when needed. These efforts aim to promote transparency and precision in the preservation and documentation of examination information, thereby contributing to the enhancement of the educational process within the department.
The process was supervised by Ms. Noor Firas and Ms. Noor Al-Huda Ahmed, who emphasized the importance of these measures in improving the committee’s performance and ensuring the smooth and efficient conduct of examinations.
