The Department Council of Anesthesia Techniques at the College of Health and Medical Technologies held its second meeting for the academic year 2025–2026 on Sunday, September 28, 2025, chaired by Prof. Dr. Ahmed Khudair Al-Humaeri, and attended by council members: Dr. Sajjad Alwan, Prof. Dr. Aqeel Handhal, Dr. Talib Jijan, and Prof. Dr. Saad Abdulrahim.
The meeting addressed several key topics, including monitoring the progress of the academic process, enhancing clinical and practical training in coordination with healthcare institutions, preparing for upcoming scientific activities, and discussing student-related issues.
This meeting aligns with the department’s commitment to supporting the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 3: Good Health and Well-being, by preparing qualified technical staff capable of contributing to improved healthcare services in the community.
At the end of the meeting, the Head of the Department praised the efforts of the members and emphasized the importance of teamwork in advancing the academic and professional standards of the department.
