The Minister of Education Decides to Consider the 2024/2025 Academic Year as a Year of Non-Failure for Students Who Will Be Upgraded in Undergraduate Studies
The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, has decided to consider the 2024/2025 academic year as a year of non-failure for students who will be upgraded in undergraduate studies.
The decision states: "In the interest of the future of our students, and to address the special cases of those who were unable to successfully complete the 2025/2024 academic year due to their academic circumstances, it has been decided to consider the 2024/2025 academic year as a year of non-failure for students who will be upgraded in undergraduate studies (morning and evening) and in all approved educational systems for the said year."
The decision clarified that this procedure does not include final-year students who were previously covered by the content of the Ministry’s letter No. (M 5/5660) dated 4/30/2025, and it does not apply to cases in which the promotion of registration is the result of cheating, disciplinary sanctions, or forgery, in compliance with what is stipulated in the provisions of the effective examination instructions No. 134 of 2000 and its amendments.
