The College of Nursing, in cooperation with the Sustainability Ambassadors, carried out an awareness campaign as part of the summer training program in the hospitals of Hilla city. The aim was to raise awareness about fire safety procedures.
The campaign included the distribution of informational brochures to healthcare staff and visitors, containing simplified instructions on how to use fire extinguishers and proper ways to use emergency escape stairs in case of an emergency.
This campaign supports the Sustainable Development Goals, specifically Goal 3 (Good Health and Well-being) and Goal 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities), by promoting a culture of prevention and public safety within healthcare institutions and the wider community.
