In alignment with the fourth Sustainable Development Goal (Quality Education), and within the framework of the Iraqi Association of Inventors and Innovators’ commitment to strengthening its scientific and innovative presence, the second meeting was held on Sunday, September 14, 2025, with Professor Dr. Nouri Sabah Al-Dulaimi – Former Minister of Planning, at 6:00 PM, under the chairmanship of Ms. Tereza, with the participation of a distinguished group of academics, researchers, and innovators from the Association, including:

Dr. Mustafa Ahmed Rajab Al-Najjar
Dr. Sami Ibrahim Al-Rubaie
Dr. Karim Alwan Al-Jashaami
Mr. Al-Masoudi
Mr. Muhaimen Al-Aani

The meeting represented an important milestone in continuing what had been agreed upon previously, addressing the following key topics:

Supporting the Association’s work by government ministries and institutions, with emphasis on the importance of clear representation of the Association within them, in addition to activating its role in providing sound scientific consultations and insights.

The guidance of the Former Minister to invite the Association’s Founding Committee to attend the International Innovation Exhibition at the Baghdad International Fair on Thursday, September 25, 2025, and to meet Professor Dr. Diaa Al-Jumaili, inventor and innovator, in order to establish a clear methodology for utilizing patents through the Association.

Preparing a detailed schedule of patents across various medical, engineering, agricultural, and pure sciences fields, and approaching ministries and institutions to benefit from them through incubation units at Iraqi colleges and universities.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the participants reaffirmed their determination to exert further sincere efforts to advance scientific and research pathways, and to raise the flag of Iraq high through innovation and scientific excellence.
