Professor Dr. Mehdi Ebady Manaa, Head of the Department of Intelligent Medical Systems – Al-Mustaqbal University, participated in the defense of a PhD dissertation at the University of Babylon on Thursday, September 11, 2025. The dissertation was presented by Rasool Atheem Mousa Abd, a student from the Department of Information Networks – College of Information Technology, University of Babylon.
The dissertation topic was:
“Efficient SDN Network Slicing and Resource Allocation using Optimized Deep Neural Network Algorithm.”
The defense took place in a rigorous scientific environment that highlighted constructive academic dialogue and knowledge exchange. The candidate successfully passed the defense after addressing in-depth questions and discussions related to the topic.
