Under the Guardianship of Prof. Dr. Hasan Shakir Majdi, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, College of Technology & Health Sciences has celebrated its First Establishment Anniversary on Sunday 22nd October 2023, and being directly supervised by Assist Prof. Dr. Zahraa Halim Al-Qayim, Dean of the College.
It is remarkable to note that the Festival has been organized under the slogan
"Our Students are Our Pride, being Symbol of Creativity & Talents"
The Festival, which has been attended by Assistant President of Al-Mustaqbal University for Scientific Affairs, Assist Prof. Dr. Abbas Abid Ali Al-Bawi, Heads of Departments, University College Deans, in addition to the Academics and Employees, has started with playing the National Anthem, reciting Surat Al-Fatiha on the souls of Iraqi and Palestinian Martyrs, and then followed by a Speech delivered by Assist Prof Dr. Abbas Al-Bawi, the Assistant President for Scientific Affairs.
We should note as well that divergent activities have been conducted during the Festival, including honoring Top Students and Graduates, distribution of Certificates and Shields, Study Fees Reduction Orders, and Appointment Orders of Outstanding Graduates.
Besides, another Speech has been delivered by Assist Prof Dr. Zahraa Halim Al-Qayim, the College Dean, in which she has thanked the University President for the unlimited support that he has been providing to the College, and referring to the College Vision and its Ambitious Goals, confirming the College Commitment to promote the Educational Process and its Outputs so as to actively participate in developing Health Sector, and in accordance with Al-Mustaqbal University Strategic Program.
It is worth noting that reading Folk Poetry has been part of the Students Activities, in addition to Musical Performance and an Artistic Activity, expressing solidarity with the Palestinians. Souvenir Photos have been taken as well on this wonderful occasion.
