Within the framework of the university’s scientific activities, Al-Mustaqbal University, represented by its president, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Magdy, participated in the Third International Conference on Modern Technologies in the Oil and Gas Industry, which was held in
Komar University of Science and Technology in the city of Sulaymaniyah, which lasts for two days, where a number of research and studies related to modern technologies in the oil industry are presented.
The President of the University, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Magdy, in his speech at the opening session of the conference, pointed out the importance of holding such scientific events that provide great opportunities for researchers and professors to exchange visions and ideas, and learn about scientific developments, indicating at the same time Al-Mustaqbal University’s keenness to adopt and establish And participation in such events, based on its pioneering role in serving the community and contributing to finding solutions to real problems in various sectors, including the industrial sector, as well as its tireless endeavor to provide solid, high-quality education.
Within the framework of efforts to enhance scientific cooperation between the two universities, the President of the University signed a memorandum of understanding with Kumar University of Science and Technology on the sidelines of the conference, aiming to enhance cooperation in several fields, including joint scientific research, holding scientific conferences, student activities, exchanging professors, and publishing in Scientific journals, and holding joint events in the field of sustainable development.

Komar University, which includes classrooms, specialized laboratories, and workshops that are used in education, training, and scientific research.
