Under the direct supervision of Professor Dr. Hassan Shakir Majdi, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, and in a pioneering step that reflects the university’s commitment to preparing its students according to the highest international academic standards, a student delegation departed on the morning of Saturday, August 16, 2025. The delegation, which includes a distinguished group of students from the College of Medicine and the College of Engineering & Engineering Technologies, is heading to Mansoura University in the Arab Republic of Egypt to participate in a comprehensive scientific training program lasting ten days, jointly supervised by the two universities.
This visit comes within the framework of the scientific cooperation agreement signed between Al-Mustaqbal University and Mansoura University, with the aim of providing students with the opportunity to learn about the latest scientific and practical developments in both medical and engineering education.
The training program for medical students includes field visits to the teaching hospitals affiliated with Mansoura University, as well as specialized medical centers in oncology, gastroenterology, cardiovascular diseases, nephrology, and urology, among other advanced specialties. The program also includes visits to the central library and the Career Development Center.
Meanwhile, the training program for engineering and engineering technology students includes visits to several major engineering projects, companies, and training centers, in addition to scientific tours of laboratories and engineering workshops at Mansoura University. This will allow students to combine both theoretical knowledge and practical experience in their respective fields.
The program will also feature a cultural tour to explore some of Egypt’s historical and cultural landmarks.
