As Part of Efforts to Improve Electronic Services in Higher Education Institutions, a Formal Meeting Was Held Headed by Dr. Ameen Kitab Al-Jubouri
As part of ongoing efforts to enhance electronic services in higher education institutions, a formal meeting was held under the chairmanship of Dr. Ameen Kitab Al-Jubouri, to discuss ways of developing the student registration system on the Higher Education Platform, with the attendance of several college registrars.
The meeting was attended by Dr. Hassan Hadi Nassif, Registrar of the College of Fine Arts, and Programmer Sarah Faeq Ali, during which the current system was reviewed, technical and administrative challenges were discussed, and a number of proposals were presented to update the registration mechanisms in a way that contributes to improving administrative efficiency and facilitating procedures for students.
This meeting comes within the framework of supporting the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically Goal 4, which focuses on “ensuring inclusive and equitable quality education and promoting lifelong learning opportunities for all,” through enhancing the digital infrastructure and improving the quality of educational services.
Dr. Ameen emphasized the importance of developing the platform in line with the current stage’s requirements and stressed the need to activate cooperation between administrative and technical teams to achieve a more efficient and effective registration system.
