In line with Sustainable Development Goal 4 (Quality Education), and in recognition of his outstanding scientific and research contributions, former Minister of Planning Prof. Dr. Nouri Sabah Al-Dulaimi honored Asst. Lecturer Muhaymen Sameer Aref, a faculty member of the Department of Optical Technologies at Al-Mustaqbal University, in appreciation of his distinguished contributions to scientific research and innovation.
This recognition came as part of a series of events and meetings aimed at strengthening the role of academics and innovators in supporting national research and innovation projects, and encouraging academic staff to provide scientific and technical expertise to government institutions and ministries.
During the award ceremony, Asst. Lecturer Muhaymen Sameer Aref emphasized the importance of continuing to develop scientific research and actively participating in national and international initiatives, contributing to elevating Iraq’s standing in scientific and innovative fields.
