University made a distinguished appearance through its AI Incubator at the ITEX Iraq Exhibition and Conferences for Technology and Innovation, launched in Baghdad on Thursday, September 25, and running for four days with the participation of national and international universities and companies specializing in communications and modern technologies.

The university’s participation was led by Asst. Prof. Musaddiq Maher Abdul-Zahra, Director of the Incubator, with the support of students from the Department of Computer Engineering Technologies, and in collaboration with Amwaj Information Technology Company, which contributed to organizing the activities inside the university’s pavilion—reflecting a successful model of partnership between academia and the private sector.

AL Mustaqbal University presented a collection of innovative projects in the fields of artificial intelligence, digital education, energy, and smart communications, including the Smart Assistant, Interactive Learning Platform, Medical Data Analytics Systems, and Smart Energy Solutions. These projects drew wide attention from visitors and specialized entities.

The university’s delegation also took part in a series of conferences discussing the future of communications and digital infrastructure, digital transformation in government institutions, fuel and electricity billing digitization, and healthcare automation. The delegation delivered scientific contributions that highlighted the role of the AI Incubator in developing digital applications and supporting national digitization initiatives.

The university’s pavilion received high praise from visitors and organizers, and was considered one of the most notable for combining academic vision with practical application. The Director of the Incubator emphasized that this participation marks an important step in supporting student projects and encouraging them to engage in innovation and technological entrepreneurship, in line with the state’s vision for digital transformation and sustainable development.
