Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, the Continuing Education Center organized an advanced training course targeting a select group of staff from the Babil Electricity Directorate. Dr. Riyadh Hamed, Director of the Continuing Education Center, opened the course by highlighting the pivotal role of the university in transferring academic expertise and providing innovative training solutions that meet the needs of state institutions while keeping pace with global technological advancements.
The opening ceremony was attended by Professor Dr. Mudhafar Al-Zuheiri, Supervisor of Academic and Scientific Affairs, who praised the initiative for strengthening collaboration between the university and government departments, emphasizing that investing in human capital is essential for achieving sustainable development.
The lectures were delivered by Dr. Mowafaq Hassan, Head of the Department of Power Engineering Technologies, who presented the latest concepts and practical applications in operating and maintaining power transformer systems, aimed at improving participants’ technical skills and performance efficiency.
