Under the patronage of the respected Dean of the College of Science, with the attendance of the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, and under the direct supervision of the Head of the Medical Physics Department, the Sustainability Ambassadors organized a student competition entitled “First Aid Hackathon: CPR in Emergency Cases” on Tuesday, September 30, 2025.

This event aimed to highlight the importance of practical training in first aid, equipping students with vital life-saving skills to respond effectively in critical situations. It also fosters a culture of readiness and rapid response within the university community.

The initiative aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly:

Goal 3: Good Health and Well-being – by promoting first aid training to save lives.

Goal 4: Quality Education – through hands-on learning experiences that build student competencies.

Goal 17: Partnerships for the Goals – by encouraging collaboration between students and faculty in promoting sustainability awareness.
