The panels focus on the engineering and operational elements critical to ensuring accurate results and the device's durability:
1. Components and Accessories: Identifying important consumable and spare parts, such as cuvettes (measuring cells), calibration standards, spare lamps (halogen/deuterium lamps), and reagents.
2. Preventive Maintenance Mechanism: Highlighting the necessary maintenance schedule (daily/weekly/monthly/annually), starting with daily cleaning of the measuring cell area, through weekly inspection of the optical surfaces and monthly lamp intensity, to full calibration and annual replacement of deteriorated lamps by a qualified technician.
