Published by Al-Halabi Legal Publications in Beirut, the new edition of the book "Principles of Administrative Investigation" by Professor Dr. Ammar Abbas Al-Husseini, Dean of the College of Law at our university.

The book addresses the subject of job-related violations and disciplinary penalties imposed on employees under Iraqi law, in addition to a comparative study with a number of Arab and foreign legislations. It also sheds light on the relationship between job-related violations and criminal aspects, citing a wide range of relevant judicial rulings.

The book spans more than 350 pages and serves as an important scientific reference for researchers and those interested in administrative and disciplinary law.
