As part of its efforts to enhance students' readiness for exams using modern assessment methods, the College of Nursing at Al-Mustaqbal University organized a training workshop for first-year students on how to answer Multiple-Choice Question (MCQ) exams using Bubble Sheets. The workshop was supervised by the Associate Dean, Dr. Rawa Majid Mohammed, and delivered by Dr. Ismail Mohammed Kazem.
The workshop was attended by 130 students from both morning and evening study programs. It provided a detailed explanation of the correct way to fill in the answer sheet, key guidelines to ensure accuracy in shading responses, and common mistakes to avoid during exams. Additionally, the session included a demonstration of the electronic grading process using an automatic correction device, ensuring precision and efficiency in scoring.
At the end of the workshop, a Q&A session was held to address students' inquiries, followed by a practical simulation where students were given sample answer sheets to practice on. This hands-on approach helped them gain confidence in using the new examination system.
The students expressed great appreciation for the workshop, highlighting the clarity of the explanations and the effectiveness of the training. They emphasized that the session significantly contributed to their preparedness for the upcoming first-semester exams using the MCQ system.
