Al Mustaqbal University strengthens its distinguished international presence through its distinguished participation in the GSDC 2025 Global Sustainable Development Conference, organized by the prestigious Times Higher Education in Istanbul, Turkey.

On the third day of the conference, the university actively participated in a series of global dialogues that addressed vital topics such as innovation, sustainability, and academic and societal transformations in the context of the Sustainable Development Goals. The sessions featured in-depth discussions on the role of universities as a driving force for societal change, the impact of artificial intelligence in bridging global gaps, youth and women empowerment, social innovation, and digital transformation in education. Discussions also touched on pressing issues such as climate change, water resource management, and environmental governance.
The Al Mustaqbal University delegation, which included Assistant Professor Dr. Azhar Mohsen Abd (Dean of the College of Engineering and Engineering Technologies), Dr. Riyad Hamed Salman (Director of Quality Assurance), and Engineer Ali Abdul Hussein (Director of Rankings), in addition to a number of specialists, engaged constructively with prominent international experts. The delegation exchanged views on the importance of integrating university strategies with global sustainability initiatives, enhancing the university's readiness to achieve a real and sustainable impact locally and internationally.
