As part of the ongoing effort to enhance information security and improve the efficiency of online publishing, the College of Administrative Sciences website manager, along with the website managers of its affiliated departments, participated in a specialized workshop held by the Follow-up Department at the University Presidency on Thursday evening, July 17, 2025.
The workshop, which was presented by Mr. Hawra Haider Al-Khafaji in collaboration with Dr. Sabreen, addressed a number of sensitive security details that website administrators must adhere to, particularly regarding the protection of data and official content from hacking attempts or unauthorized publishing.
The workshop also featured a demonstration of the guidelines for publishing on the Google News platform, following the official registration of the university's website on the platform. This opens new horizons for university news to reach a wider audience both locally and internationally.
Participants from the College of Administrative Sciences demonstrated significant interaction and fruitful contributions, which contributed to enriching the discussions and offering practical proposals for improving website performance and ensuring their adherence to the highest standards of security and reliability. This participation comes as part of the college's efforts to keep pace with technological developments and enhance its digital presence, serving both the academic and administrative processes.
