Under the patronage of the President of Al-Mustaqbal University and the direct supervision of the Dean of the College of Administrative Sciences, and as part of the preparations for the Future Ambassadors for Sustainability Camp, the College organized a specialized workshop entitled: “Education for Sustainability: 21st Century Skills”.
The workshop was delivered by Prof. Dr. Mueyed Abdul-Hussein Al-Fadhl, who addressed the importance of linking education with sustainability issues and enhancing 21st-century skills among students, in a way that empowers them to face future challenges and actively contribute to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals.
During the session, the lecturer emphasized the role of universities in preparing a conscious generation capable of integrating sustainability principles into various academic and professional fields, noting that sustainable education represents a fundamental pillar for building a renewed knowledge society.
This workshop comes as part of a series of activities and events organized by the College of Administrative Sciences in preparation for launching the Future Ambassadors for Sustainability Camp, reflecting the College’s keenness to raise students’ awareness of sustainability dimensions and employ their skills in serving society and the environment.
