In a competitive and constructive academic atmosphere, the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Hussein Waheed Aziz, attended the scientific debate held between students of the English Language Department in the College of Arts and their counterparts in the College of Education.
The debate addressed a number of intellectual, linguistic, and cultural themes, where students from both sides presented distinct visions that reflected the level of preparation and mastery of the tools of dialogue, logic, and language.

In his speech, the Dean praised the students' performance and the spirit of scientific competition that prevailed in the atmosphere of the debate, stressing that such activities contribute to developing critical thinking and constructive dialogue skills among students, and enhance cooperation between different academic departments.
