In line with strengthening scientific and academic collaboration among Iraqi universities, and in pursuit of the Sustainable Development Goals particularly Goal 3: Good Health and Well-being Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Adnan Al-Khafaji, Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs at the College of Health and Medical Technologies, Al-Mustaqbal University, participated as a committee member in the defense of a master's thesis entitled: "Electrochemical Determination of Testosterone in Pharmaceutical Formulations and Body Fluids by Different Voltammetry Techniques"
at the Department of Chemistry, College of Science – University of Kufa, on Thursday, July 10, 2025.
The thesis explored the application of various electrochemical analysis techniques for the quantification of testosterone in pharmaceutical products and biological fluids. An integrated analytical system was developed to accurately determine hormone concentration. The study included the optimization of analytical conditions for each technique, evaluation of detection limits, linearity, precision, and accuracy, ultimately leading to the selection of the most effective analytical method based on the obtained results.

This participation reflects Al-Mustaqbal University’s ongoing commitment to supporting its academic staff in actively contributing to the advancement of scientific research. It also reinforces inter-university cooperation in Iraq, thereby promoting the quality of higher education and supporting national health sectors.
