In loyalty to its humanitarian vision and as part of its social responsibility, Mustaqbal University continues its field efforts in serving the pilgrims of Aba Al-Ahrar, Imam Hussain (peace be upon him), and his brother Aba Al-Fadl Al-Abbas (peace be upon him), as they head towards the holy city of Karbala to commemorate the eternal Arbaeen anniversary.

With active participation from its faculty, staff, and students, the university’s medical units are deployed along the pilgrims’ route to provide round-the-clock healthcare and medical services, in addition to distributing meals, fruits, juices, and cold beverages to ensure the comfort and well-being of the visitors.

This initiative aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly:

Goal 3: Good Health and Well-Being – by providing continuous medical care and health services.

Goal 6: Clean Water and Sanitation – through the provision of safe drinks and ensuring a healthy environment for pilgrims.

Goal 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities – by contributing to organized services along the routes leading to Karbala.

Goal 17: Partnerships for the Goals – through collaboration with service entities and Hussainiya processions.

It is a renewed journey of service and giving, through which Mustaqbal University reaffirms its unwavering commitment to supporting this sacred commemoration and continuing its services until the conclusion of the Arbaeen pilgrimage.
