As part of the efforts to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals—particularly Goal 4, Al-Mustaqbal University organized a workshop on the role of examination committees in the Student Information System (SIS), with the participation of the committee members: Prof. Dr. Younis Abdul Redha Al-Khafaji, Asst. Lecturer Zainab Ali Mohsen Al-Khafaji, and Ms. Ensam Fadel Mahmoud Agha.

The workshop covered the mechanisms of the examination committees’ work, including procedures for organizing and monitoring examinations through the SIS system, with a focus on improving performance, ensuring the accuracy of recorded results, and enhancing transparency in academic operations.

The session witnessed active engagement from participants, who raised questions about how to effectively utilize the system to facilitate committee tasks and promote the quality of educational processes.
