"Dopamine Fasting: Regaining Focus and Controlling Digital Habits."
The workshop was delivered by Dr. Maytham Nabil Muqdad and Teaching Assistant Aheeb Hashim Kareem, with the aim of raising awareness about the effects of dopamine on the brain and promoting digital balance and quality of life.

The workshop covered several key topics, including an introduction to dopamine and its role in shaping habits, as well as the impact of continuous exposure to digital stimuli on focus and mental health. The concept of dopamine fasting was explained as an effective tool to reset the brain and reduce overstimulation, thereby enhancing productivity and improving control over digital habits.

Practical strategies were presented to help reduce reliance on technology, highlighting the importance of conscious technology use in enhancing overall well-being. The workshop also linked these concepts to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal 4 (Quality Education), Goal 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure), and Goal 10 (Reduced Inequalities), by promoting sustainable learning and bridging digital divides.
