As part of its ongoing efforts to develop scientific and academic competence, the biology Department staff participated actively and distinguishedly in the recent scientific workshop titled "Climate Change and Its Addresses," presented by Dr. Aseel Amer Hadi. The workshop was attended by a select group of professors, researchers, and those interested in environmental and climate issues.

The workshop addressed the most prominent climate challenges facing the world today, highlighting their environmental impacts and ways to address and adapt to them. It also reviewed the latest studies and sustainable practices in this field.

The biology Department staff emphasized the importance of such workshops in enhancing environmental awareness and developing the research capabilities of academics and students. They emphasized the need to implement the workshop's recommendations within the department's educational and research programs.

This participation is part of a series of scientific activities that the department is keen to engage in, in support of sustainable development and keeping pace with global developments in environmental and climate sciences.
