With the direction of the University Presidency and under the supervision of Ms. Hawra Haider, Website Follow-up Officer, an online workshop titled "Content Management" was held on July 7, 2025, via Google Meet. The workshop addressed the plan to update and manage the official website of the colleges and academic departments during the summer vacation.
The workshop addressed guidelines for publishing college news, the encouragement to include electronic links within each published news item, and post-publication follow-up (by the publisher).
The meeting emphasized the need for each publisher, after submitting their content for publication or uploading it to the website, to follow up immediately upon its publication to ensure the following:
The title appears correctly, without errors or truncation.
The overall format of the news item is sound (paragraphs, images, links).
The embedded links are working properly and lead to the required pages.
The news item is listed in the appropriate section of the website.
The workshop was actively attended by representatives of the university's colleges and academic departments. Important questions and fruitful discussions were raised regarding the practical challenges of content management.
