the Department of Medical Physics organized a student competition titled First Aid -Hackathon for Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) in Emergency Situations with two participating teams: Group A and Group B On Tuesday, September 30, 2025.
The judging panel consisted of Dr. Kareem Abees Hendol and Assistant Lecturer Ali Salman Hammadi while the competition was presented by Assistant Lecturer Ali Jafar Ubaid under the supervision of Assistant Lecturer Mohammed Ali Hussein.

The event was distinguished by the attendance of several faculty members from the department, including Prof. Dr. Anis Ali Hassan and Asst. Prof. Dr. Doaa Jafar Diaa in addition to a large participation of Medical Physics students from different academic stages. The competition created an atmosphere of enthusiasm and positive interaction, highlighting the importance of such activities in enhancing students’ practical skills in dealing with emergency situations.
