The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research organized a series of three consecutive online workshops, held from Monday to Wednesday, aimed at explaining the mechanism for uploading student data from previous academic years to the Student Information System (SIS).

Representatives from several Iraqi universities participated in these workshops, including the Head of the Department of Intelligent Medical Systems at the College of Science – Future University, along with members of the department’s examination committee. The sessions provided a detailed review of the steps for entering data into the system and discussed solutions for addressing technical and administrative challenges that may arise during the update process.

This initiative comes within the framework of the Ministry’s efforts to enhance digital transformation in higher education institutions and to develop academic data management systems that ensure data accuracy and promote transparency and efficiency in documenting student academic records.
