Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Hassan Shakir Majdi, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, and under the direct supervision of Prof. Dr. Furat Hamza Al-Sultani, Dean of the College of Science, the College organized a joyful ceremony on Monday, October 6, 2025, to honor top students, Sustainability Ambassadors, and outstanding students from the Department of Forensic Evidence, in recognition of their academic and scientific excellence during the past academic year.

The ceremony began with a speech delivered on behalf of the University Presidency by Prof. Dr. Muzafar Sadiq Al-Zuheiri, Director of Scientific and Academic Supervision, who extended congratulations to the faculty and students on the occasion of the Iraqi National Day. He praised the efforts of distinguished students whose dedication led to their success in various scientific and extracurricular activities, especially the Future Ambassadors for Sustainability Initiative launched by the University President, and highlighted the ongoing preparations for the Future Ambassadors Sustainability Camp to be held in mid-October.

In his speech, Prof. Dr. Furat Hamza Al-Sultani, Dean of the College of Science, expressed his appreciation to the University President for his continued support of the students and his commitment to fostering creativity, innovation, and youth empowerment. He emphasized that honoring the distinguished students from the Department of Forensic Evidence reflects the University’s appreciation for their research and analytical contributions in strengthening the role of scientific evidence in serving justice and society.

The ceremony also included a presentation of innovative student projects in the fields of artificial intelligence, sustainability, and modern technologies, where the University President commended the students and their supervisors for their outstanding work, reaffirming the University’s support for all initiatives that promote innovation and leadership in higher education.

At the conclusion of the event, top students, Forensic Evidence students, and Sustainability Ambassadors were honored with certificates of appreciation and symbolic gifts, reflecting the University’s commitment to excellence, innovation, and its vision toward becoming a smart, pioneering university in education, research, and community service.
