Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, visited Mansoura University in the Arab Republic of Egypt on Wednesday, August 27, 2025, during which a preliminary cooperation protocol was signed. This protocol aims to strengthen academic and research partnership and to host several postgraduate programs from Mansoura University at Al-Mustaqbal University campus in Babil Governorate – Iraq.

This cooperation reflects support for the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 4: Quality Education, and Goal 9: Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure, by developing scientific research and exchanging academic expertise between the two universities.

The signing ceremony included a screening of a documentary about Al-Mustaqbal University students’ recent participation in a short training program at Mansoura University, followed by an exchange of commemorative shields and honoring the accompanying team of Al-Mustaqbal University President.
This cooperation confirms the strategic direction of Al-Mustaqbal University towards academic leadership and international openness, preparing a generation of researchers and students capable of contributing to society and achieving sustainable development.
