The Department of Biomedical Engineering Organizes an In-Person Workshop on Writing the SAR for Program Accreditation

The Department of Biomedical Engineering at Al-Mustaqbal University organized an in-person workshop entitled “Writing the Self-Assessment Report (SAR) for Program Accreditation,” delivered by Prof. Dr. Ibrahim Abdullah Mirdas, Head of the Biomedical Engineering Department, with the participation of a number of faculty members.

The workshop addressed the steps involved in preparing the Self-Assessment Report (SAR) and its significance in the program accreditation process. It discussed the mechanisms of formulating the report in accordance with approved academic standards and its role in documenting and enhancing the quality of educational programs to meet accreditation requirements.

The speaker emphasized the importance of preparing the SAR as a key tool for evaluating academic performance and ensuring the continuous improvement of educational quality within the department.
