Researchers from Al-Mustaqbal University Among the World’s Top 2% of Scientists
Stanford University, in collaboration with the global publishing house Elsevier, has announced the latest update of its study that tracks the most prominent scientists worldwide, based on citation metrics recorded in the Scopus database.
This year’s list included 277 researchers from Iraq, with Al-Mustaqbal University making a distinguished appearance through the recognition of several of its faculty members among the world’s top 2% of researchers. They are:
Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi – President of Al-Mustaqbal University
Asst. Prof. Dr. Azhar Mohsen Abd – Dean of the College of Engineering and Technical Sciences
Prof. Dr. Tareq Jawad Kazem – Director of the Scientific Affairs Department
Asst. Prof. Dr. Ali Shaker Majdi – Vice Dean of the College of Health and Medical Technologies
Dr. Taisir Sameer Jaaz – Faculty member at the College of Engineering
Dr. Mohammed Maytham Ubaid – Head of the Scientific Affairs Division – College of Engineering
