The Department of Design at the College of Fine Arts held a workshop titled "The Art of the Future: When Creativity Meets Artificial Intelligence", presented by Dr. Asrar Abbas Samandar, Programmer Fatima Hussein Jawad, and Programmer Sara Faiq Ali.

The workshop was attended by the Scientific Assistant of the College of Fine Arts, Professor Dr. Hamed Abbas Mukhayef, the Head of the Art Education Department, Professor Dr. Aref Wahid Ibrahim, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Atiyah Al-Saadi, and a group of Design Department students.

The Role of AI in Art: Demonstrating how algorithms and deep learning are used to generate artistic works by analyzing patterns and artistic styles to create innovative designs.
AI Tools in Art and Design: Such as DALL·E for text-to-image conversion, Deep Dream for artistic effects, Runway ML for professional visual effects, and Canva AI for easy, advanced design creation.
Challenges and Criticisms: Addressing concerns about intellectual property rights, the impact of AI on the job market, and the debate on whether AI-generated art can be considered authentic creativity.
Future Applications: Discussing how these tools can contribute to the development of creative industries, fostering collaboration between human artists and AI-driven innovations.
