As part of ongoing academic collaboration and the university’s commitment to quality education, the College of Fine Arts, in cooperation with the College of Engineering and Engineering Technologies at Al-Mustaqbal University, organized a joint workshop entitled:
"Exam Sheets and Bubble Sheet Device Training", held on Saturday, April 12, 2025.

The workshop was attended by members of the Examination Committee from various departments and aimed to strengthen the academic staff’s proficiency in handling modern exam systems.

The session was presented by Dr. Osama Jabir Ghaib and Assistant Lecturer Eng. Hamza Waleed, who demonstrated the correct methods for preparing exam sheets and using bubble sheet correction devices to ensure accuracy, transparency, and efficiency in the grading process.

The workshop included an interactive practical segment, showcasing real exam sheet models and guiding participants on data entry and reading using the devices.
