Almustaqbal University continues its efforts to raise community awareness and consolidate the values of tolerance and civil peace by organizing an in-person workshop titled "The Role of Women in Combating Extremism" at the Faculty of Fine Arts. The workshop will be held next Saturday at 10:00 AM in the Activities Hall of the faculty.

The workshop will be presented by a distinguished group of experts and specialists in the field of combating extremism, including:

Dr. Suhaila Kazem Al-Aifari.

Mr. Hazem Jawad Kazem Al-Fatlawi, an internationally certified trainer in combating violent extremism and a member of the Committee for Combating Violent Extremism at the Babil Governorate Office.

Lawyer Mr. Karrar Haidar Saher, a member of the Babil Bar Association and legal advisor to the Iraqi Academics Syndicate, Babil Branch.

The workshop aims to highlight the effective role of women in confronting violent extremism and to promote concepts of constructive community participation in achieving a safe and stable environment. Additionally, the workshop contributes to supporting the fifth Sustainable Development Goal, which concerns gender equality, by empowering women and enhancing their participation in confronting negative phenomena that threaten social stability
