The College of Medicine at Al-Mustaqbal University held a specialized training workshop for its students on the proper use of the electronic answer sheet (Bubble Sheet), under the supervision of the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Walaa Al-Falluji, and with the participation of a distinguished group of faculty members, including Dr. Zahraa Tariq and Dr. Ban Dhahir.

The workshop aimed to familiarize students with the correct method of filling out the electronic answer sheet and avoiding common mistakes that may affect their exam results. It included a practical demonstration and hands-on application using sample Bubble Sheets, as well as a Q&A session to address student inquiries and offer essential tips to ensure accuracy and proper procedure.

Dr. Walaa Al-Falluji emphasized during the workshop the importance of strictly following instructions during exams to ensure fairness and transparency in evaluation. He pointed out that the use of the electronic answer sheet is part of the college’s ongoing efforts to enhance the educational process and improve the efficiency of examination systems.

Dr. Zahraa Tariq and Dr. Ban Dhahir explained the detailed steps for handling the Bubble Sheet and stressed the importance of carefully following the instructions related to data encoding and marking answers correctly.
