As part of its preparations to launch the Future Ambassadors for Sustainability Camp at the beginning of October, the College of Medicine has announced its active participation in the Sustainability Hackathon, organized within the camp’s activities.
The College emphasized that its participation aligns with the University’s mission to support student creativity and adopt pioneering initiatives that keep pace with scientific and technological advancements. The hackathon offers students the opportunity to showcase their talents in various fields, most notably: smart health and medicine, sustainable medical technologies, environment and energy, as well as sports and arts.
Through this participation, the College of Medicine aims to strengthen its academic and societal role by empowering youth to leverage modern technologies in support of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), while reinforcing the University’s leading position in the fields of innovation and digital transformation.
