The College of Dentistry at Al-Mustaqbal University organized a scientific symposium entitled "Crimean–Congo Hemorrhagic Fever in Iraq", presented by Professor Dr. Saad Hassan Mohammed, with the presence of the Dean of the College Prof. Dr. Athraa Yahya Al-Hijazi along with several faculty members.

The symposium addressed the epidemiological and clinical aspects of this serious viral disease highlighting its modes of transmission, prevention methods and the challenges faced by Iraq's health sector in controlling its spread.

The event witnessed significant interaction from attendees who engaged in discussions on the current health situation and strategies to mitigate the risks associated with the disease.
