The President of AL_Mustaqbal University, Professor Hassan Shaker Majdi, received an official letter of thanks and appreciation from His Excellency the Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq to the United Kingdom, Mr. Jaafar Al-Sadr, in which he praised the university's distinguished role in the International Medical Conference hosted by the British capital, London, on June 14-15, 2025.

In his letter, Ambassador Al-Sadr expressed his deep appreciation for the exceptional efforts made by the university president and his accompanying delegation, commending the participation of AL_Mustaqbal University, which he described as a "unique academic model." He emphasized that this presence reflects the ambitious vision of Iraqi educational institutions to advance the health and medical sector, while also embodying the depth of the partnership between the Iraqi higher education sector and national competencies in the United Kingdom. For his part, Professor Hassan Shaker Magdy expressed his great pride in this recognition, saying:

"This recognition is a culmination of the efforts of the AL_Mustaqbal University team and reflects our commitment to building scientific and knowledge-based bridges that contribute to the development of medical education and scientific research."
He added that the university's participation in the conference aimed to present innovative scientific visions to address global health challenges.

The university participated in the conference with a high-level academic delegation that included:

2. Professor Walaa Al-Falluji - Dean of the College of Medicine
3. Assistant Professor Dr. Azhar Mohsen - Dean of the College of Engineering
