As part of AL_Mustaqbal University's efforts to enhance its academic standing regionally and internationally, Professor Hassan Shaker Magdy, President of the University, participated in the 11th International Green University Rankings Conference (IWGM2025), organized by the global organization UI Green Metrics at the University of CÔTE d'Azur in Nice, France.

The conference was attended by more than 300 academics, educational officials, and experts in the field of university rankings. Pioneering experiences in the fields of sustainability, the green environment, and sustainable practices on campus were presented, in addition to discussing the role of green rankings in motivating universities to adopt sustainable development goals.

Professor Hassan Shaker Magdy moderated one of the conference's main sessions and participated as an official speaker. He reviewed AL_Mustaqbal University's efforts and unique experience in adopting environmental sustainability policies, emphasizing the university's commitment to achieving the sustainable development goals through its green initiatives and projects.

At the conclusion of the conference, the President of AL_Mustaqbal University was awarded an international participation certificate in recognition of his distinguished scientific contribution. His Excellency also held a number of fruitful meetings with representatives from prestigious universities in Britain, Italy, Germany, and France, paving the way for enhanced academic and research cooperation.
