Under the patronage of the respected President of the University of Al-Mustaqbal, the Quality Assurance and University Performance Department organized a specialized workshop entitled: “Mechanism for Evaluating the Performance of University Staff for the Academic Year 2024–2025.”
This workshop comes within the university’s strategic direction to enhance quality practices, develop the institutional performance system, and align with accreditation standards, thereby reinforcing transparency and excellence in academic work.
The workshop opened with a lecture delivered by Dr. Riyadh Hamed Salman, Director of the Quality Assurance Division, who explained in detail the adopted evaluation mechanisms and performance criteria, highlighting their role in enhancing the efficiency of both academic and administrative staff, improving productivity, and ensuring compliance with comprehensive quality standards. Additionally, programmer Zainab Latif Wahab, Head of the Institutional Performance Evaluation Division, presented an overview of the evaluation process for academic staff, while clarifying the technical support mechanisms provided to facilitate the evaluation process across colleges and departments.
The workshop witnessed active participation from quality assurance officers and their administrators across the university, particularly from the College of Education/Department of English. Participants emphasized the importance of such initiatives in fostering a culture of excellence and strengthening work mechanisms within the university.
