Imperial English Test UK

Under the patronage of Professor Hassan Shaker Magdy, President of Future University, the Continuing Education Center organized the Imperial English Test UK. The test targeted medical students, aiming to develop their language skills and prepare them for the English-language nature of their studies. Participants in this test receive an internationally accredited certificate from the British Council, in addition to a certificate from the university's Continuing Education Center, enhancing their future academic and professional opportunities. The test was conducted in the presence of Assistant Professor Dr. Reda Abdel-Ati Al-Fishawy, Director of the Continuing Education Center, and Mr. Mohamed Abdel-Amir, the Center’s Programmer.

As part of its globalization drive, the President of Al-Mustaqbal University receives the President of Mansoura University in the Arab Republic of Egypt.

As part of academic openness and strengthening international partnerships, Al-Mustaqbal University President Professor Hassan Shaker Magdy received a high-level delegation from Mansoura University in the Arab Republic of Egypt, headed by Professor Sherif Youssef Khater, President of Mansoura University, and accompanied by Professor Tarek Mustafa Ghulush, Academic Assistant to the President. The reception ceremony was attended by the University President, a number of University Council members, deans, and heads of academic and administrative departments. After a short break, a joint meeting was held between the two sides. The meeting began with a welcoming speech delivered by Dr. Hassan Shaker Magdy, in which he expressed his happiness with this academic visit, which embodies the depth of the historical and fraternal relations between Iraq and Egypt. He noted that this visit represents an important step towards activating the provisions of the previously signed agreement between the two universities, which covers various areas of common interest in higher education and scientific research. For his part, Professor Sherif Youssef Khater expressed his thanks and appreciation to Future University for the generous hospitality and warm welcome, emphasizing Mansoura University's readiness to activate the frameworks of joint cooperation and expand the scope of academic partnership between the two sides. The meeting agenda included a documentary film introducing Mansoura University, along with a presentation of the most prominent scientific milestones and achievements of Al-Mustaqbal University. The two sides also discussed several important topics, including: • Mechanisms for activating the memoranda of understanding signed between the two universities. • Proposals for hosting quality graduate programs at Mansoura University. • Vocational training and capacity building programs in partnership with the Center for Continuing Education at Future University. • Cooperation between peer research centers and the exchange of expertise in the areas of quality, institutional and program accreditation. • Cooperation in the areas of international rankings, academic reputation, and participation in the editorial boards of scientific journals. • Joint work to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals. At the conclusion of the meeting, a number of important decisions were made regarding the topics discussed, ensuring the achievement of common goals and opening new horizons for scientific cooperation between the two universities.

The President of Mansoura University announces the provision of free training opportunities for students of Al-Mustaqbal University in Iraq during the summer vacation.

As part of strengthening scientific and cultural cooperation between Egypt and Iraq, Professor Sherif Khater, President of Mansoura University in Egypt, announced during his visit to Al-Mustaqbal University in Iraq that the program will provide free two-week training opportunities for Al-Mustaqbal University students during the summer vacation. The details of the training program include: Free accommodation and housing at the Mansoura University campus in Egypt for two weeks during the summer vacation. This program includes students from the medical faculties (medicine, dentistry, pharmacy), students from the faculties of engineering, science, and physical education, and students from other disciplines who wish to visit Egypt and learn about the latest scientific programs. Key Features of the Program: They will receive completely free training opportunities and will have the opportunity to learn about the educational and research system at Mansoura University. They will also be informed about scientific and technical developments in various disciplines. How to Apply: The registration mechanism and requirements will be announced later through the official channels of Al-Mustaqbal University in Iraq and Mansoura University in Egypt. In his first visit to Iraq, the President of Al-Mustaqbal University receives his counterpart, the President of Mansoura University, to strengthen academic cooperation between the two sides.

Professor Hassan Shaker Magdy, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, received in his office a high-level academic delegation from Mansoura University in the Arab Republic of Egypt. The delegation was headed by Professor Sherif Youssef Khater, President of the University, and accompanied by Professor Tarek Mostafa Ghaloush, Scientific Assistant to the President of Mansoura University, to enhance academic cooperation between the two sides. Following the official reception, the President of Al-Mustaqbal University took the visiting delegation on an extensive field tour of several vital facilities on campus. They were briefed on the university's most important initiatives to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals. They were also introduced to the model infrastructure implemented according to the latest international specifications, ensuring it is both smart and sustainable. The tour included a visit to several modern classrooms designed to accommodate various styles of contemporary education, as well as advanced science laboratories equipped with the best international sources. These laboratories contribute to providing solid education and high-quality training that meets the requirements of the labor market, as well as an attractive and safe university environment. The visiting delegation also reviewed the progress of final exams at a number of the university's faculties. Enhancing cooperation between the Continuing Education Center at Al-Mustaqbal University and the training centers at Mansoura University.

Within the framework of academic openness and strengthening regional and international partnerships, Professor Hassan Shaker Magdy, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, received a high-level delegation from Mansoura University in the Arab Republic of Egypt, headed by Professor Sherif Youssef Khater, President of the University, and accompanied by Professor Tarek Mostafa Ghouloush, Academic Assistant to the President of the University. The reception ceremony was attended by several members of the University Council, deans, and directors of academic and administrative departments. The meeting discussed several key topics, most notably ways to cooperate in the fields of vocational training and capacity building, in partnership with the Continuing Education Center at Al-Mustaqbal University. Assistant Professor Dr. Reda Abdel-Ati El-Fishawy, Director of the Continuing Education Center, gave a detailed presentation on the training and development programs offered by the Center, reviewing the mechanisms for implementation and joint application with the training centers at Mansoura University. Dr. Reda also emphasized the pivotal role the Center plays in developing academic and administrative competencies through quality programs designed according to the latest international standards, with a focus on labor market needs and development challenges. Future University hosts a high-level meeting attended by the Governor of Babylon and a number of university presidents, coinciding with the visit of the President of Mansoura University in Egypt.

In a distinguished academic atmosphere, and at the kind invitation of the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Professor Hassan Shaker Magdy, the university witnessed a high-level official and academic presence. This coincided with the visit of Professor Sherif Youssef Khater, President of Mansoura University in the Arab Republic of Egypt, and his Vice President, Professor Tariq Mustafa Ghulush, on the first visit of its kind to Iraq. The meeting was attended by the Governor of Babylon, Professor Adnan Fayhan Al-Dulaimi; the Chairman of the Provincial Council, Professor Asaad Al-Musalmawi; the President of Babylon University, Professor Amin Al-Yasiri; and the President of Al-Qasim Green University, Professor Hassan Al-Awadi, along with a number of assistants, deans, and government officials. In his speech during the meeting, the Governor of Babylon expressed his thanks and appreciation to the President of Al-Mustaqbal University for organizing this prominent event. He noted that Al-Mustaqbal University has now become a distinguished academic model, not only in Babylon Governorate, but also nationally and internationally, with its outstanding academic achievements and qualitative initiatives, including its advanced partnership with Mansoura University, which he described as a source of pride. The presidents of Babylon and Al-Qasim Green Universities also praised the role of Al-Mustaqbal University in opening up avenues for academic cooperation, emphasizing their keenness to cooperate with Mansoura University in areas of mutual interest, contributing to enhancing the quality of higher education and opening up new avenues for joint scientific research. Conclusion of the specialized training program in "Occupational Health and Safety" in cooperation with the Babylon Electricity Department.

Under the generous patronage of Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Magdy, the esteemed President of the University, and under the supervision of Professor Dr. Muzaffar Al-Zuhairi, the esteemed Scientific and Academic Supervisor, the specialized training program in occupational health and safety concluded. The program was organized by the Continuing Education Center at Al-Mustaqbal University in cooperation with the Babylon Electricity Department. This program falls within the framework of the university's commitment to supporting occupational safety practices and promoting a safe work environment. It aims to raise the efficiency of workers in the electricity sector and develop their knowledge and skills in the areas of occupational hazard prevention, thus contributing to reducing accidents and ensuring the continuity of work with high quality and efficiency. This training program also achieves Goal 3 (Good Health and Well-being) and Goal 17 (Partnerships for the Goals) of the Sustainable Development Goals. The training program covered a range of vital topics, most notably: Basic concepts and principles of occupational health and safety Methods and techniques for assessing risks in various work environments Proper use of personal protective equipment First aid procedures and handling emergency incidents Strategies for reducing occupational accidents and raising awareness of safe practices Basic life support (BLS) for field workers The program witnessed remarkable interaction from participants, who showed great interest in the theoretical lectures and practical workshops presented by a group of academics and specialists in this field. In his closing remarks, Professor Muzaffar Al-Zuhairi emphasized that Al-Mustaqbal University, through the Center for Continuing Education, continues to implement quality programs aimed at raising the level of professional performance and serving state institutions and the local community. He praised the fruitful cooperation with the Babylon Electricity Department. For her part, Assistant Professor Dr. Reda Abdel-Ati El-Fishawy, Director of the Continuing Education Center, explained that this course is part of a series of development programs aimed at spreading a culture of occupational safety and enhancing the competence of technical and engineering personnel, in accordance with the highest locally and internationally recognized standards. At the conclusion of the program, the lecturers and participants were honored in recognition of their effective contributions and commitment to applying the acquired concepts to serve the work environment and enhance public safety.

Awareness seminar entitled: "The Art of Time Management to Achieve Academic Excellence"

The Center for Continuing Education, in cooperation with the Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Unit at the College of Education, organized an awareness seminar for students in the Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences entitled "The Art of Time Management to Achieve Academic Excellence." This seminar is part of the effort to achieve the fourth Sustainable Development Goal: Quality Education. The seminar was held on Wednesday, May 14, 2025, at 9:00 AM, in Hall 105 of the Engineering Building. Participating in the seminar were: Assistant Professor Dr. Reda Abdel-Ati El-Fishawy, Director of the Center for Continuing Education at Future University. Professor Dr. Thanaa Bahaa El-Din Abdullah, Counseling and Psychotherapy Specialist, and Head of the Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Unit at the College. The seminar included four main topics: How to manage study time effectively Successful study methods Obstacles to good study and how to overcome them Tips and guidelines for achieving optimal academic performance Awareness brochures were also distributed to students, with interactive discussions and explanations of their content.
