The Energy Research Center – University of the Future hosted today a scientific visit by students of the second stage, Department of Electronics and Communications Engineering, College of Engineering / University of Al-Qadisiyah, as part of an academic tour aimed at enhancing practical knowledge and linking theoretical studies with modern research applications in the field of energy. The visiting delegation was received by the Director of the Energy Research Center, Dr. Salwan Obaid Waheed, along with the center’s staff, who warmly welcomed the students and highlighted the importance of such scientific visits in developing students’ skills and familiarizing them with recent research developments and advanced technologies. The visit included a guided tour of the center’s laboratories and research units, during which the students were introduced to the equipment and research projects conducted at the center, particularly those related to renewable energy. Detailed explanations were provided regarding experimental work, research methodologies, and the center’s role in supporting scientific research and community service. At the conclusion of the visit, the students expressed their appreciation to the center’s management and staff for the warm reception and valuable scientific information that contributed to enriching their academic and practical experience.
