Under the patronage of Al-Mustaqbal University, and under the supervision of the Engineering Technical College, in cooperation with Al-Mustaqbal Center for Energy Research, the World Clean Energy Day was celebrated on Monday, January 26, 2026, at the university campus, with the participation of students, researchers, and representatives of energy-related companies. The event program included several activities, starting with registration and welcoming guests, followed by the national anthem. Official speeches were delivered by the Dean of the Engineering Technical College and the Director of Al-Mustaqbal Center for Energy Research, highlighting the importance of clean energy and its vital role in achieving sustainable development and environmental protection. The celebration also featured a documentary video introducing the university and the research center, in addition to practical workshops on renewable energy and energy consumption rationalization. Interactive discussion sessions were held, accompanied by scientific competitions and symbolic prizes. Furthermore, innovative student projects in the field of clean energy were presented. This event reflects Al-Mustaqbal University’s commitment to raising environmental awareness, supporting scientific innovation, and encouraging students and researchers to adopt sustainable energy solutions in line with the Sustainable Development Goals and the university’s vision for a more sustainable future.
