In a world highly characterized with serious Environmental Challenges, Green Employment has become a central key for shaping Labor Market Future. In other words, Green Employment is no longer limited to reducing paper consumption or promoting digitization, but rather encompasses a Comprehensive Strategy aimed at integrating Sustainability Principles into all stages of the Hiring Process, and thus, strongly contributing in the creation of a balance between Economic Development and Environmental Protection. There is no doubt that Green Employment has been paving the way for a Sustainable Future, in which the Market is quite stabilized, and therefore, we could keep pace with the Developments of Our Modern Era. It has already become familiar that Green Recruitment is an Innovative Approach, which reflects a profound shift in our thinking about Human Resource Sustainability at Labor Market. We are focusing indeed on the development of Comprehensive Strategies that would play an essential role in the improvement of Institutional Performance over long-term periods, taking into account the Environmental, Social, and Economic impact of the Recruitment Practices. Besides, adoption of Green Recruitment shall lead to reducing Carbon Footprint, curbing Excessive Resource Consumption, and applying Simple Environmental Solutions, in addition to bringing Economic Benefits to Organizations since less paper and energy shall be consumed. We are obliged to note however that implementation of Green Employment requires a set of Effective Strategies that would contribute to reducing Environmental Impacts and promoting Sustainability Practices within Organizations. First of all, we should apply Digital Recruitment Processes, such as Conduct of Virtual Interviews, Use of Digital Files, as well as Reduction of Paper Consumption. All these shall definitely lead to a notable decrease in the Carbon Emissions. Moreover, digitizing Recruitment and Employment Process, such as using Applicant Tracking System (ATS), shall reduce the need for Paper Documents, and meanwhile improving Operational Efficiency. A system like the one stated above shall not only facilitate the hiring process, but also provide a friendly work environment that would undoubtedly promote Organizational Sustainability. Another important strategy is the adoption of Remote Work Policies. Teleworking indeed does not only reduce energy and paper consumption, but also contributes to minimizing the need for transportation, which significantly decreases Environmental Pollution. However, if we consider the role played by Al-Mustaqbal University in the Achievement of Green Employment, we may confirm the fact that Our University has been playing a pivotal role in preparing Students to enter Green Labor Market as they are highly qualified and equipped with the necessary Knowledge and Skills. Accordingly, Al-Mustaqbal University Students do already own the skills that are necessary to adapt to Sustainable Work Environments, being qualified through Partnerships with Companies and Institutions, and through Real Training and Employment Opportunities that are created for the University Graduates, all along
