Summer training students on a field trip to see the solar systems installed within the university.
As part of the ongoing summer training activities at the Al-Mustaqbal Center for Energy Research, the center organized a field tour for engineering students to observe the solar energy systems installed within the university, with the aim of linking theoretical knowledge to direct practical application.** During the tour, the students learned about the details of how the solar systems operate, including installation methods, panel distribution, electrical connection systems, and load management techniques. Additionally, there was an on-site explanation of the performance of inverters and batteries within the actual working environment. The tour witnessed significant engagement from the students, who expressed their interest in the components of the system and benefited from the detailed explanations provided by the center s engineering staff. This contributed to expanding their technical understanding of renewable energy projects and how they are implemented on the ground. These visits come as part of the center’s vision to enhance applied learning and encourage students to think practically about sustainable energy solutions within educational institutions and vital sectors in Iraq.
