Al-Mustaqbal Energy Research Center at Al-Mustaqbal University welcomed a delegation from the Electricity Training Department in Babylon for a three-day field immersion visit, held from Sunday through Tuesday. The visit aimed to provide the trainees with an in-depth understanding of the center’s scientific capabilities, advanced research facilities, and ongoing projects in the field of renewable energy. During the visit, the delegation toured the center’s specialized laboratories, where they were introduced to a wide range of modern devices and research systems related to solar energy, photovoltaic technologies, control systems, energy storage, and alternative power applications. Researchers and technical staff at the center provided comprehensive explanations on the operational mechanisms of these systems, methods of data collection, and their scientific and industrial applications. The visiting team also engaged in hands-on training activities, participating directly in daily operational tasks carried out by the center. These activities included equipment operation, performance monitoring, conducting measurements and experiments, and observing active research procedures. The delegation expressed great appreciation for the technical expertise demonstrated by the center and emphasized the value of such immersion programs in enhancing the practical skills of trainees and broadening their professional experience. This visit reflects Al-Mustaqbal University’s commitment to strengthening collaboration with training and service institutions, fostering knowledge exchange, and supporting the development of the electrical and renewable energy sectors.
