Al-Mustaqbal University organized a specialized online workshop titled "Website News Quality," targeting website administrators across the university's colleges and departments. This workshop is part of the university's efforts to enhance digital publishing efficiency and improve institutional media content.

The workshop was presented by Dr. Sabreen Farhan, Head of the Website Monitoring Unit at the University Presidency. She reviewed several topics related to the importance of news quality and the role of media content in building the university's reputation and enhancing its corporate image, in addition to its contribution to enhancing publishing efficiency and engaging with the public.

The workshop included an explanation of the basic steps for improving the publishing process, most notably: diversifying news sources and speeding up coverage of events and activities. It also highlighted the most prominent weaknesses that could negatively impact content, such as publishing old news or duplicating content without updating or renewing it.

At the conclusion of the workshop, Dr. Sabreen presented a number of recommendations for improving media performance, most notably:
Relying on multiple content sources
Using multimedia, such as images and videos, to increase engagement
Constantly updating content in line with current events

This workshop is part of a series of development activities aimed at empowering university staff and ensuring the quality and consistency of content published on the university's official website.
