Prof. Dr. Mehdi Ebady Manaa, Head of the Department of Intelligent Medical Systems at Al-Mustaqbal University, has achieved a significant scientific accomplishment by publishing his research entitled:
"Resource Optimization of Cognitive Radio Sensor Network Using Hybrid Metaheuristic Optimization and Machine Learning Algorithms"
in the Mathematical Modelling of Engineering Problems journal, which is indexed in Scopus.
This research introduces an innovative hybrid algorithm for optimizing resources in cognitive radio sensor networks, contributing to:
• Improving spectrum utilization efficiency.
• Enhancing quality of service in smart medical applications.
• Reducing resource consumption in constrained systems.
